Jasmine Roth Welcomes Third Baby, Chloe Lou
The Roast My Rental designer's family just got a little bigger.
Jasmine Roth is now the mother of another beautiful baby girl! The Roast My Rental host gave birth to her third child, Chloe Lou Roth, on October 7, 2026 at 10:33 p.m. Chloe came into the world weighing 6 pounds and 11 ounces and measuring 9 inches long. "Mom and baby are home, healthy and happy," Jasmine tells HGTV. "Sisters are in love. Dad is tired. We can't wait to see how all these girls find their place."
Jasmine's third birthing experience was much less dramatic than her 2024 roadside delivery with Darla. She went to the hospital for her weekly doctors appointment and was surprised to find she was having contractions she couldn't feel. "From there, we [went to labor and delivery]," Jasmine says. Nine hours later, Chloe was born. "I'm glad I didn't leave the hospital [after my appointment], because it gave me a chance to get in the right headspace and have the 'calm' birth I was hoping for this time around," she says.
Welcoming Chloe
"Since we already have two girls, everyone assumes we were trying for a boy — but we weren't!" shares Jasmine. "Don't get me wrong, we would have been happy either way, but having a third girl is literally best case scenario for our family."
According to Jasmine, Hazel (6) and Darla (2) are enamored. In classic big sister form, Hazel jumped right into helper mode, offering to hold and take care of Chloe right after meeting her. "Darla was a bit more hesitant but kept saying 'baby' in her little two year old voice and wanted to touch her soft hair," remembers Jasmine.
An Unmedicated Birth
"I now fully understand no two births are the same," says Jasmine. With Hazel, she was induced at 39 weeks and had an epidural. With Darla, she went into spontaneous labor at 36 weeks and barely made it to the hospital before pushing her out completely unmedicated.
"This time around, I wasn't opposed to anything, but I couldn't ignore how much better I felt from a recovery standpoint after Darla's unmedicated birth compared to my first experience," says Jasmine, who took birthing classes ("It had been seven years afterall!") to prep for the possibility of an unmedicated birth.
"The opportunity to have a doula this time was really helpful because she was able to coach me through what was happening," says Jasmine. "This third and final delivery was one of the hardest things I've ever done. But now that Chloe's here, and I'm recovering nicely, I have no regrets ... That said, if I had to do it again tomorrow, I'd probably opt for the epidural at the very beginning. Ha!"
Another Roth Nursery
One of our favorite things about welcoming another Roth girl into the HGTV family is getting some new nursery inspiration from Jasmine. On October 15, Jasmine shared a little preview of Chloe's room on Instagram. With grasscloth wallpaper, floor-to-ceiling white oak shelving and a color palette of muted sage and muted pink, the nursery — in the Jasmine's Park City, Utah home — is a lesson in what makes a Roth nursery great.
