Beware of the baby bump! After The Big I Do that took place between HGTV host Tarek El Moussa and his wife Heather Rae El Moussa, the pair are ecstatic to announce they've welcomed a baby boy on January 31, 2023.

Heather first revealed her pregnancy on July 14 in an Instagram post, using the cute nickname "Baby El Moussa." A week later, Heather and Tarek threw a gender reveal party and were overjoyed to find out they'll be having a baby boy — or as Heather says — "Baby Tarek."

She Knows What it Takes to Succeed

Heather grew up in the small town of San Bernardino, California. There she worked two jobs, seven days a week. Big aspirations coupled with an awesome work ethic led her to eventually sell luxury real estate for The Oppenheim Group, a top agency in Southern California. As a self-made woman, Heather is bound to be good at showing baby El Moussa how to be successful.

She's Already a Wonderful “Bonus Mom”

Selling Sunset fans know how much Heather enjoys spending time with Tarek’s kids, Taylor and Brayden. Her Instagram is practically a Tay and Bray fanpage, and she often posts family photos gushing about how much she loves them.

She's a Health and Fitness Addict

In fact, Heather was once a former pilates instructor. She's also vegan. So, we're guessing she'll be making baby El Moussa some nutritious bites. Maybe he'll even get to join in on some mommy-baby stretching exercises.

She's Also a Dog Mom

She got her rescue pooch, Harley, from a non-profit organization in South Korea, and calls him her little sidekick. Fun fact: Heather and Tarek also surprised the kids with a puppy named Bugz last year.

Heather didn't waste any time planning for her nursery. In an Instagram video she put up on January 3, Heather revealed her son's super-chic, black-and-white nursery. She even included all the details on how she furnished it.

She Can't Stop Posting About Her Baby

Heather's been transparent about her pregnancy journey, sharing the IVF and egg freezing process on her Instagram page, which makes the news of her all-natural pregnancy even more exciting. "You just never know what life has in store for you," she wrote in an Instagram post. "You can plan and try to make things happen all you want, but what’s meant to be will be, so to me, our baby is a miracle baby. The odds were definitely against us, but all that matters is that it happened."
