Most of us probably associate Ruggable with machine-washable rugs. After all, that’s how the online rug brand, which pioneered a system combining decorative washable covers and non-washable pads, made its name.

Now, Ruggable is branching out into a new floor-covering direction, launching an Easy Care Wool Collection featuring natural fibers that, it says, brings “the warmth, texture, and softness of wool” into its rug lineup. While not machine-washable, the collection "pairs wool’s natural benefits with an approachable care routine,” the brand says.

Suitable for a living room or bedroom, the new collection marks Ruggable’s expansion into natural-fiber rugs — a move it says comes in response to consumer demand.

“Easy Care Wool is Ruggable’s new take on the category, bringing the qualities consumers love about wool into a more approachable everyday experience,” the brand says.

The new collection includes eight different designs and 14 colorways that range from “understated neutrals and subtle textures” to “more defined patterns and rich, earthy tones.”

No, but all the rugs are designed for “easy care” with a “low-shedding weave” that naturally repels dirt and other dry matter and prevents liquid spills from being absorbed right away. The rugs are also easy to spot clean and offer simple upkeep with regular vacuuming.
