Drew Scott and Linda Phan Welcome Baby No. 2, Piper Rae

Property Brother Drew Scott and his wife, Linda Phan, have officially welcomed a new baby girl named Piper Rae into their family. “It’s amazing how your heart grows when your family does. Piper Rae is the sweetest little angel, and we can’t wait to see her and Parker grow up,” says Drew.

The couple's first child, Parker, was born in May 2022 and is now 2 years old. Drew and Linda look forward to watching Parker be a big brother to his new sister, Piper. The couple has been together for more than 14 years and just celebrated their sixth year of marriage. They are excited to officially be a family of four.

On Instagram, Linda and Drew have been sharing behind-the-scenes photos from parenting Parker and their pregnancy with Piper. And, of course, we'll be keeping our eyes peeled for more Piper-and-Parker content.

Drew and his brother, Jonathan Scott, are also starring in Backed by the Bros — premiering June 5 on HGTV. We’re welcoming another little one into the HGTV family. Property Brother Drew Scott announced via Instagram he and his wife Linda Phan are expecting baby number two. The pair welcomed their first child, Parker, back in 2022 on May 12 — which just so happens to be their wedding anniversary. And though they’re both excited to become a family of four, Drew is perhaps even more excited for Parker.

“I know how amazing it was for me as a kid to have siblings, and I’m so excited to see Parker as a big brother,” Drew tells HGTV. Obviously, Drew and his twin Jonathan Scott are an iconic duo — baby Parker definitely gets his fair share of the bro's antics — so it’s no surprise Drew can’t wait for Parker to experience brotherhood.

Linda also shared the news with her Instagram followers, posting a series of recent photos, including one of Parker touching her growing belly.

Drew and Linda met at Toronto Fashion Week. “I knew we were on the same parallel,” he said during the early days of their relationship. “When you’re in love, you mesh that way.” Fast forward 14 years, and their love (along with the number of people in their family!) has only grown.

“Since we have some practice, does that mean we’ll get more sleep this time around?” Drew says with a laugh. “I’m guessing not.
