Julianne is an editorial intern for HGTV. As a poet and line cook, she enjoys exploring connections between food, writing and creativity. She practices poetry through the Iowa Writers’ Workshop and has a strong interest in arts, culture, editing, and photography. She also runs JuJu’s Plate, a Substack newsletter focused on food and writing.

Her writing extends beyond journalism to poetry, arts, and cultural topics, blending her passion for storytelling with visual and culinary creativity.
