Botched Homes
The most jaw-dropping, head-scratching failed renovations won’t deter New York City turned Florida contractor Charlie Kawas and his expert crew in Botched Homes, which is scheduled to air in 2026. Fed up with disastrous work that leads to unsafe, unlivable and unbelievable homes, Charlie will make it his mission to fix what others got horribly wrong.
World’s Bargain Dream Homes (wt)
HGTV’s newest house-hunting series will inspire adventurous buyers to dream big and buy low. Authentic, entertaining and humorous episodes will follow people brave enough to purchase the world’s most affordable properties that also happen to be stunning, turnkey and in desirable locations around the globe, many of which offer incredible cost-saving incentives. The series will air in 2026.
The Flip Off: Season 2
In 2026, HGTV's most popular exes, Tarek El Moussa and Christina Haack, along with Tarek’s wife, Heather Rae El Moussa, will call a rematch in an epic new season of The Flip Off. The teams will compete to see who can find, buy, renovate and flip a house for the biggest financial gain. Having learned her lessons from last season, Christina will throw out the rule book and do everything she can to win. But Tarek and Heather won't give up their crown easily.
Condemned: Season 1
Detroit’s most blighted homes will get a second chance in Condemned. During eight one-hour episodes, property investor and rehabber Kristyn Patterson and her builder father, Pancho, will stop at nothing to rescue The Motor City’s worst houses that are destined for the wrecking ball.
Roast My Rental: Season 1
In Roast My Rental, comedian and design enthusiast Leslie Jones goes in on the country’s worst short-term rentals, then attempts to flip them in 72 hours alongside reno expert and HGTV's Help! I Wrecked My House host Jasmine Roth.

Love It or List It: Season 19
Premieres: Tuesday, June 23 at 8|7c
Starring real estate agent David Visentin and his designer foe Page Turner, Love It or List It follows them as they help fed-up families with lackluster houses check off all the boxes on their dream home wish list, either through Page’s full-scale renovation of their current house or David finding them a new property on the market.
Renovation Resort Showdown: Season 3
Premieres: Wednesday, July 1 at 9|8c
Real estate expert and contractor Scott McGillivray (Rock the Block) and builder and home renovation expert Bryan Baeumler (Renovation Island: The Adventure Continues) star in a new eight-episode season of the high-stakes reno competition Renovation Resort Showdown. Four build-and-design teams from across North America will transform a long-neglected lakeside resort in the Kawartha Lakes region of Canada into the ultimate vacation destination.
Worst Yard on the Block: Season 1
Premieres: Wednesday, July 15 at 10|9c
In Worst Yard on the Block, two teams of curb appeal aficionados will search for the most unsightly yards in the country, meet the overwhelmed homeowners and perform miraculous outdoor makeovers in just a matter of days. Throughout the 12-episode season, dynamic outdoor design duos Tucker Kincaid and Jared "J.Paul” Foster and Blake Hawthorn and Margo Fairchild make house calls to neighborhood eyesores with one mission: create manicured masterpieces out of utter despair.
Holmes on Holmes: Building a Legacy: Season 2

Contractor Mike Holmes will join forces with his kids, home renovation experts Michael Holmes Jr. and Sherry Holmes, in Holmes on Homes: Building a Legacy. Michael and Sherry will continue their father's legacy of helping worthy homeowners in need. From renovations gone wrong by crooked or incompetent contractors to failed do-it-yourself projects, the trio will go behind the walls and do whatever it takes to give families safe, functional, efficient and healthy homes.
Ugliest House in America: Season 8
Premieres: Monday, July 20 at 9|8c
Ugliest House in America returns with an expanded format featuring six one-hour episodes and four hideous houses competing to win in each region of the country. Actress, comedian and home design enthusiast Retta will tour 20 more preposterous properties, sharing her hilarious hot takes on bad designs, cringe-worthy layouts and grossly outdated styles. One house will be crowned the Ugliest House in America by HGTV, and the network will award its owners a renovation completed by designer Alison Victoria.
Extreme Buyers Club: Season 1
Premieres: Tuesday, July 21 at 9|8c
Charismatic Texas real estate agent Noel Collier will flex her specialty of helping clients with wildly unique property requests find their dream homes in Extreme Buyers Club. During the season, she’ll step into buyers' surprising — and sometimes shocking — worlds to experience how they live. Then, she'll scour the market for out-of-the-box listings that fit their unprecedented wish list.
A Very Haunted Renovation: Season 1
Premieres: Tuesday, September 15 at 8|7c
New nightmarish competition series A Very Haunted Renovation will follow six brave renovators and designers who will stay at one of the most haunted houses in America for 31 days with one mission: complete the renovations. The spooky episodes, hosted by actress Anna Camp, will follow the contestants as they face off to transform the spaces into a livable masterpiece. Design expert Michel Smith Boyd will mentor and judge alongside a celebrity guest to evaluate each unnerving overhaul.
Scariest House in America: Season 3
Premieres: Friday, September 18 at 9|8c
Ugliest House in America star Retta will continue her search for the country's most spine-tingling properties in an expanded new season of Scariest House in America, now featuring six one-hour episodes. The actress will brave 20 tours of petrifyingly paranormal and horrifically hideous houses. HGTV will deem one house the "scariest" of them all and award the homeowners a $150,000 renovation by popular network designer Alison Victoria in a one-hour season finale.
House Shock: Season 1
Premieres: Tuesday, September 22 at 9|8c
In the new reno series House Shock, unsuspecting homeowners nominated by their loved ones will receive surprise makeovers for the spaces they’ve neglected, abandoned or just plain hate. Series host and designer Arielle Vandenberg, along with a resourceful construction team led by builder and former Battle on the Beach winner Steve Lewis, will keep each renovation on track. With secret planning, stealthy distractions and hidden cameras, the 20-episode season will deliver heart, humor and the occasional shock — because not every reno surprise is what a homeowner wished for.
Sin City Rehab: Season 2
Premieres: Tuesday, September 22 at 9|8c
Designer Alison Victoria will double down on her takeover of the Las Vegas real estate scene in Season 2 of Sin City Rehab. The new episodes will follow Alison as she navigates make-or-break renovations and business decisions while building her design business. With each roll of the dice, she will contend with big egos, tough competition and aggressive timelines — all while taking on new business partners and juggling multiple flips.
