Leanne's Bio
Leanne Ford, with help from her brother Steve, enlivens older Pittsburgh-area homes with beautiful and unique custom designs in two of HGTV's more popular home renovation series — Restored by the Fords and Home Again With the Fords. Additionally she has been featured in HGTV's A Very Brady Renovation and Rock the Block Season 1.
Leanne and Steve's first series Restored by the Fords premiered on HGTV in 2016. Home Again With the Fords — which focuses on renovation projects that help people move back to the place or home where they grew up — in 2021.
The houses featured in both series come with a lot of love and history in their walls. Steve and Leanne's challenge and mission is to respect the homes' past and histories while updating them creatively for a new generation.
Leanne, an interior designer, first gained national attention when she restored and designed a turn-of-the-century schoolhouse in her hometown. Today, Leanne’s designs can be found in homes across the country and reflect what she describes as her signature "modern yet lived-in" aesthetic.
Leanne and her work have been featured in numerous national publications including Architectural Digest, Martha Stewart and The New York Times, to name a few.
