Leanne Ford Is Officially A Mom!
Welcome to the world, Ever Allen!
Good afternoon to everyone but ESPECIALLY to Leanne Ford and her husband Erik who welcomed baby Ever Allen into the world on Monday, March 18 at 6:45 p.m. "We are all amazing. She is a dream," Leanne told HGTV.
As for the adorable name, the new parents told PEOPLE, “Her name, Ever, means ‘always and eternal.' We believe this sweet soul was put on this earth for a purpose, and we can’t wait to see what that will be.”
Leanne and Erik first learned they were having a baby in August 2018 and shared the news publicly with PEOPLE in October. Turns out, Leanne and Erik never imagined having children. “I was just trekking along in my little career, happy as could be and then … he said, ‘We have too much love not to share it.’ … I was like, ‘I hear that.’” I'm not crying, you're crying!
Leanne also told PEOPLE she became pregnant shortly after they decided to start trying. And when they found out a little girl was on the way, they were both pleasantly surprised. “Since I was little, I thought if I ever had children, they would be boys, so when the sonogram woman told us it’s a little girl, we both got teary-eyed,” Ford says. “I was like, ‘Actually, that feels very right.’”

When Leanne shared her announcement with a hilarious caption about how she never wanted to be the pregnant lady who puts her hand on her stomach... but so much for that!
During a checkup in November, baby Ford literally gave Erik and Leanne the littlest and cutest thumbs up that has ever happened.
In January, Leanne gushed over Erik working on the nursery…
…practiced motherhood on a rhino stuffed animal (as one does)…
… and found the perfect diaper bag.
Once February came, Leanne’s belly was in full effect and so were baby Ford’s dance moves!
And this month, Leanne shared how though she didn't do a maternity shoot, she still wants her daughter to have at least one photo she can someday look back on.
