Leanne and Steve gave homeowner Lisa the fresh start she needed by simplifying and modernizing her Victorian row home.

It was immediately obvious to Leanne and Steve that Lisa had cool style but needed a home to match it. In a house full of hand-me-downs, Leanne saw this renovation as an opportunity to give Lisa a fresh start.

Kitchen, After
Leanne and Steve said goodbye to just about everything in the original kitchen and updated it with all white everything to create an open, bright, and welcoming space.

The staircase in this home was already beautiful. Leanne simply modernized it with a fresh coat of paint.

In the living room, Leanne and Steve opened up the archways to make the room feel bigger and brighter. They also simplified the fireplace and gave the room the signature Leanne Ford white paint treament.

One big update in the dining room was the addition of French doors to the backyard.

Originally, Lisa wanted a powder room on the first floor but it would have eaten up too much space in the dining area. Instead, Leanne and Steve renovated her upstairs bathroom. They kept the same footprint but added in a beautiful freestanding tub and gave the space a Parisian penny tile-treatment.
