With only four weeks and $175,000 each, HGTV stars Leanne Ford (Restored by the Fords), Mina Starsiak Hawk (Good Bones), Jasmine Roth (Hidden Potential) and Alison Victoria (Windy City Rehab) will face-off to max-out identical properties in the Los Angeles area—with the goal to add the most property value to each home.
Episodes
See Episode GuideMaster Suite Masters
Drew Scott kicks off the competition by assigning master suites to Leanne Ford, Jasmine Roth, Mina Starsiak Hawk and Alison Victoria. Some keep floor plans and fixtures to manage costs while others go high-end, and Tarek El Moussa picks the weekly winner.
The Kitchens
The competition continues as Alison, Jasmine, Leanne and Mina add their signature styles to the "moneymaker" of the home: the kitchen. Drew throws a wrench in their plans with a surprise delivery, and Mike Holmes picks his favorite as the weekly winner.
The Great Room War
The designers tackle their great rooms and outdoor living spaces by tearing down walls and adding fireplaces and pergolas to increase the homes' value. Tiffany Brooks meets them at the Rose Bowl Flea Market to find materials with limited time and funds.
The Decision
Leanne, Alison, Mina and Jasmine reach the final week and finish the remaining rooms and exteriors. Drew and the appraisers inspect each house, and the designer with the biggest increased value earns bragging rights and a street named in her honor.
