If dryer sheets can add that extra boost of freshness to your laundry, imagine what else they can refresh. We tried several different dryer sheet hacks and much to our disappointment, some didn't work. (Don't even think about wiping your electronics or removing crayon marks from walls.) Remove Paint

Removing dried paint from a paintbrush takes forever and causes a mess. Do this instead: Stick a dryer sheet in a bucket of warm water with the dirty paintbrush, then let it soak for 30 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Paint = GONE.
Polish Stainless Steel
