Ingredients:

3 apples
3 pears
2-1/2 cups fresh apple cider
1-1/2 cup ginger ale
1 bottle pinot grigio (or sweet white wine)

Yield: Serves 6

Leaving the skin on, cut 3 apples and 3 pears into small chunks.
