Celebrate Strawberry Season With This Shortcake-Inspired (and Boozy) Float
Strawberry shortcake never had it so good. Strawberries, cream and a little boozy boost make this the perfect summer sip.

The Ingredients
- 3/4 cup strawberry ice cream
- 1-1/2 ounces strawberry liqueur
- 1 ounce vodka
- 3 ounces cream soda
- whipped cream
- fresh strawberry, for garnish
- biscuit crumble, for garnish
The Instructions
Make or purchase buttermilk biscuits. Cool the biscuits, cut off the tops and crumble. Set aside.
Place strawberry ice cream in the bottom of a large float glass (12-16 ounces). Add the strawberry liqueur and vodka. Slowly pour cream soda over the ice cream to fill the glass.
Top with whipped cream and a fresh strawberry. Garnish with biscuit crumbs. Serve immediately.
