Cherry Rum and Coke Float: A Soda Fountain Favorite, All Grown Up

The Ingredients
- 3/4 cup vanilla ice cream
- 3 ounces white rum
- 3-1/2 ounces cherry cola
- whipped cream
- maraschino cherry, for garnish
The Instructions
Place vanilla ice cream in the bottom of a large float glass (12-16 ounces). Add the rum. Slowly pour the cherry cola over the ice cream to fill the glass.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with one or two maraschino cherries. Serve immediately.
