This Pina Colada Float Is (Almost) Better Than a Tropical Vacation
You can almost feel the island breezes with this summer staple. Make it a sweet deal with the addition of ice cream and a little sparkle.

The Ingredients
- 3/4 cup coconut milk ice cream
- 3 ounces coconut rum
- 6 ounces pineapple soda
- whipped cream
- pineapple wedge, for garnish
- shredded coconut, for garnish
The Instructions
Place coconut milk ice cream in the bottom of a medium float glass (10-12 ounces). Add the coconut rum and then slowly pour the pineapple soda over the ice cream to fill the glass.
Top with whipped cream and a pineapple wedge. Garnish with shredded coconut.
