Whether it's a birthday, Mother's Day or just because, sending the perfect gift doesn't have to be a struggle (or expensive). This DIY gift box can be curated to anyone's interests and is sure to put a smile on their face. Just grab a box, some packing supplies and fill it with a few of their favorite items — we've even listed a few of our favorite gifts below in case you need ideas. Don't forget to write a note!
Materials + Tools

- basket filler
- greeting card
- miniature banner (optional, but definitely encouraged!)

Preparing the Box
Fill the bottom of a decorative box with basket filler. If you don’t have a cute box on hand, you can paint any cardboard box or cover it with wrapping paper. Try keeping everything in a similar color scheme to make your gift look professional and thoughtful.
