4 of HGTV's Best Sibling Teams
Because what's more entertaining than a little sibling rivalry on Demo Day?
Ah, siblings. Can't live with them, can't make over an old house into a modern home oasis without them.
To celebrate Siblings Day, let's examine the working relationships between a few of HGTV's standout sibling powerhouses.
The Scott Brothers

(Yes, there is a third Property Brother. Where have you people been?!)
J.D. and twins Jonathan and Drew are thick as thieves, even when they’re engaged in some stiff competition (like on Brother vs. Brother and Brothers Take New Orleans). While they’re all fairly competitive with each other, older brother J.D. has always served as a bit of a peacemaker between the twins — stepping in as another pair of helping hands on a build and acting as a non-partisan judge in competitions. Because anyone with more than one sibling knows there's always one who maintains reason.
Plug: All of the Scott brothers return with a new season of Brother vs. Brother from Galveston, Texas, on May 31!

Mina and Tad Starsiak
On Good Bones, Mina Starsiak and her mom, Karen E Laine, work together to gut and rebuild some of Indianapolis’ most neglected homes. You could say that they sometimes act more like sisters than a mom and daughter themselves, but Mina does have an actual sibling on site: her brother Tad Starsiak.
Tad runs the Two Chicks and a Hammer demo team, and he really loves breaking stuff, just like his sister — even if she might try to rein him in once in a while, as many older sisters are wont to do.
Psst: Mina, Tad and Karen are back with an all-new season of Good Bones on May 30!

Alana and Lex LeBlanc

Siblings that list together, stay together — that’s the saying, right?
Nashville real estate superteam Alana and Lex LeBlanc were born together (twins!), they work together and they even live just down the street from each other now. They lived apart for almost 10 years, but now that they’re back together, working together, in the same city, their chemistry and tag-team efforts seen on Listed Sisters are simply infectious. “The best part about being a twin is that we got to be born best friends,” Lex told HGTV.
13 Things You Didn't Know About HGTV's Listed Sisters
Lex and Alana LeBlanc are one of HGTV's newest power duos, renovating old homes while finding clients incredible new homes. But there's a lot you might not know about these talented (and totally entertaining!) women.
Leanne and Steve Ford
As seen in the HGTV pilot Restored by the Fords, Pittsburgh sister-brother duo Leanne and Steve Ford have quite the interesting working dynamic. She comes up with the vision for restoring historic homes while modernizing some amenities, and he makes it happen. They kid each other, they sometimes don’t agree on design decisions but they always ultimately find a middle ground and end up with fantastic finished projects.
That being said, some childhood grudges never go away. You understand.
