Michel Smith Boyd Bio
Michel Smith Boyd is a creative designer and the host of HGTV’s Luxe For Less. He’s from Thibodaux, Louisiana. On his show, Michel uses clever budget hacks to help Atlanta homeowners create luxurious renovations without stretching their bank accounts. Along with his creative team, Michel brings upscale design within reach to deliver beautifully overhauled spaces. Before his foray into interiors, Michel found inspiration in the arts and fashion. Later, he enrolled in the The Art Institute of Atlanta and began taking on his own interior design clients. In 2006, he founded his design firm SMITHBOYD Interiors. Michel also competes in Season 4 of HGTV's competition series Rock the Block alongside Anthony Elle.
