Jonathan and Drew are back in one of the country’s hottest real estate markets for an all-new season of Property Brothers. As the saying goes, you can take the boys out of the country, but...actually, no, they’ll just head right back as soon as they get the urge to do some singing. Play their tune and breathe some southern soul into your space at these Nashville destinations.

Knoxville’s favorite furniture store planted its feet in Nashville in 2014 and made a splash in no time: By the next year, the 110,000-square-foot showroom was winning local awards.  No design need is too big or too small for their ultra-helpful team.

This “industrial, glam & kinda kooky” home store in Marathon Village is inspiring from the get-go: Helmed and curated by a local design firm, the historic space has hand-scraped floors, rough-hewn ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. When you’re ready to drop some cash, it also has art and photography, showstopping light fixtures, architectural salvage and more.

The city’s historic Gulch district originally played host to the rail terminal, where more than 100 trains arrived and departed each day. The Gulch is now a destination for design-savvy shoppers, and the antique mall offers everything from quirky retro tchotchkes to sleek midcentury-modern pieces seven days a week.

If you find yourself in town on the fourth Saturday of the month, head a mile south and out to the state fairgrounds, where locals have been haggling since 1969. Go early and pack snacks: You’ll be digging for treasure in thousands of booths with vendors from 30 states.

OAK

Nashville native Ginny Pope’s business began as a furniture-building-and-refinishing passion project in her garage. It’s since grown into a full-fledged retail space with one-of-a-kind (hence the name) modern decor and accessories that resonate with her impeccable sense of style. Thanks to OAK’s signature line of candles, it also smells fantastic.

Lighting from all over the world that dates back to the 1850s and has been refurbished for modern use: Check. Vintage builders’ hardware, doors, stained glass and Jonathan using a shopping trip as an excuse to mug for the camera: Check, check, check and well obviously.

Nashville’s movers and shakers get their eclectic-luxury-furnishings fix at ReCreations, where a quartet of designers flex their chops by combining finds from all over the world with high-end custom work.

Nashville Scene has voted Remix the best furniture-consignment store in town for three years running, and it’s easy to see why: Its high-quality mix of secondhand furniture, artwork, lighting and floor coverings is priced to sell.

Nashville’s legendarily-balmy weather begs for seriously chic outdoor accessories, and you can’t go wrong with the luxury wares at Summer Classics. Jonathan and Drew was so taken with their furniture that they picked it up for exterior and interior designs in three episodes of Property Brothers: Buying + Selling.

True story: Before Ivy and Josh Elrod moved to Nashville to open their celebrated concept shop, she was a Rockette and he was a Blue Man. Bold, bright and impossibly cool, their playful space is heaven for modern-design lovers.
