The Property Brothers Are Back for a 13th Season and All-New Episodes
Fresh on the heels of a particularly challenging round of Brother Vs. Brother – set in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area – the ever-intrepid Scott Brothers are back with an all new season of their signature series, Property Brothers, with brand new episodes airing every Wednesday at 9pm|8c.

Cool Dudes, Cool Climes
So, what to expect this season on Property Brothers? After a breakaway stint last season in Music City USA, the Brothers are back from Nashville and in familiar territory – in the Great White North of Ontario. (A note for super-fans: A couple of the Nashville episodes haven’t aired yet. You’ll see those this season too!)

When it comes to the Brothers, some things never change. You can still expect to see a bit of bravado and sibling rivalry creep in as the twins help homebuyers and families locate, purchase and custom-create their own personal dream homes. And naturally there will be challenges in the form of sky-high client expectations, looming deadlines and stress-inducing renovation logistics. And, of course, there will be the ever-present contrast of impeccably cut suits set against easy-breezy casual and outdoorsy plaid. It's all part of that Drew and Jonathan yin and yang. All things in balance.

Thoroughly Modern Cool
When it comes to design, it will come as little surprise that, with Jonathan as design lead, this season will reflect the current zeitgeist that draws on elements of midcentury modern blended with classic themes, creating a deliberately synthesized look that’s sleek, urbane and eye-pleasing.

Take for example the newly premiering episode titled “The High Cost of Cool”. In that installment, Drew and Jonathan help former downtown-condo dwellers Derek and Christine in their quest for a home of their own – one with a decidedly modern aesthetic.

After looking at 90 houses, and missing out on several offers, Derek and Christine are feeling discouraged. They’re looking for ample space, a midcentury feel and a killer kitchen. After Drew and Jonathan present them with some distinct options, the upshot eventually is a suburban home that, after being substantially customized a la the Bros, boasts an impressive living space with a statement fireplace, impressive sight-lines, high ceilings and an open concept kitchen. And, importantly, a healthy dose of cool.

And That’s Just for Starters
We haven’t even reached the main course yet. On deck are new episodes featuring big spenders and budget-watchers, couples with, um, differing design preferences, and one couple who absolutely-positively won’t abide anything from a big-box store. So stay tuned, Team Drew and Team Jonathan. Things this season are certain to get interesting and fun.

Meanwhile, here’s a sampling of eye-candy, courtesy of Drew and Jonathan, to whet your appetite for the kinds of things you’ll be seeing this season.
