Copper bathroom sinks can be a great option for just about any bathroom design, and they're especially popular for colonial and Tuscan/Mediterranean bathroom styles.

Available in a wide range of styles, as well as several types of copper strengths and qualities, copper bathroom sinks provide a durable and attractive option for your bath space. Additionally, copper is a particularly malleable and ductile metal, which means it can be fairly easily shaped and molded. For this reason, many copper sink styles feature ornately curved sink lips or basins, and they may also feature hammering or punching to add to their visual appeal.

In terms of sink styles, copper bathroom sinks run the gamut from traditional drop-in sinks to expansive farm sinks, elegant vessel sinks and more. Based on the wide variety of styles available, copper bathroom sinks can work easily in most bathroom design styles.

As mentioned, copper bathroom sinks are especially common in colonial and Tuscan/Mediterranean designs. This is most likely because of the deep, rich copper color, which pairs well with the color schemes prevalent in these designs.

Speaking of color, one of the great features of a copper bathroom sink is that its color will actually evolve over time—it's often described as having a "living finish" that will develop a slightly darker patina through the years because of exposure to water and oils from bath products.
