Add 2 packages of cream cheese and 2 sticks of butter into a mixer. Mix together and then add 1/2 tsp. of vanilla, 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 box confetti cake mix. Pro tip: Before using cake mix, microwave one minute, stir and microwave one more minute. Raw flour should reach 180 degrees for safe eating. Add the heated cake mix into the mixer and blend until all ingredients are well combined.

Color

Separate the cream cheese mixture evenly into four small bowls. Add a few drops of food coloring to each one and stir. We used only a few drops of blue, red, yellow and green. Once the colors reach the shade you desire, combine them one spoonful at a time in a large bowl, and use a butter knife to swirl them around without mixing too much.

Sprinkle

Pour the multi-color cheese mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a ball. Put the ball in a bowl and set it in the refrigerator for one hour. After the dip is chilled, unwrap it and roll it in rainbow colored sprinkles.
