Smoked Salmon Dip

Ingredients
3 ounces smoked salmon
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon fresh dill
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
4 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 shallot, about 1 tablespoon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Yield: 1 cup
Instructions
Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor, and process to desired consistency. Serve with crackers or multi-grain chips.
