No-Bake Cheesecake Parfait Recipe
Simple, tasty and no baking required, these raspberry cheesecake parfaits are cool and creamy perfection for a picnic, barbecue or any alfresco event.

Ingredients
- (2) 8-oz. packages of cream cheese
- 5 Tbs. sugar
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 14-oz. box of graham crackers
- 12 ounces fresh raspberries
- 1 cup raspberry jam
- 6 glass jars
Step 1

Using a mixer, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, lemon juice and sugar until smooth.
Step 2

Break up graham crackers by hand or pulse in blender. Add two tablespoons to the bottom of each jar.
Step 3

Add layer of cheesecake mixture to cover graham crackers, followed by a layer of jam.
Step 4

Alternate layers of graham crackers, cheesecake mixture and jam until you reach the top. Refrigerate until ready to serve (at least one hour). Garnish with fresh raspberries on top and enjoy!
