Take 14 large sugar cookies and put them into a blender. Make sure the lid is on tight and blend the cookies until you see nothing but crumbles in the container. Pour the crumbs into a bowl containing a block of softened cream cheese. Use a potato masher to combine the two ingredients. Now for the fun part. Add some sprinkles! Use the masher once again to blend the ingredients together.

Next, freeze the contents of the bowl for about 20 minutes and in the meantime, place a bowl of white chocolate melting wafers on the table and let it sit until the chocolate turns to liquid.

Remove the frozen cookie crumble, cream cheese and sprinkles mixture from the freezer and place on the table. Make sure the white chocolate bowl is nearby and you’ll also need the sprinkles, toothpicks and half an apple on a plate (we’ll explain why later).

Roll several small balls of the frozen cookie mixture with your hands. Try to get them as round as possible and then place a toothpick in the center. Holding onto the toothpick, dip the ball into the white chocolate until covered. Stick the toothpick into an apple slice, which will keep the truffle upright so that you can cover it with sprinkles and allow it to dry. Repeat these steps for as many truffles as you would like to serve.
