  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Irish cream
  • 1/4 cup coffee liqueur
  • chocolate syrup

Materials

  • ice pop molds

  • mixing bowl
  • whisk
  • measuring cup with pouring spout

Instructions

1: In a bowl, mix ice cream, milk, Irish cream and coffee liqueur. Whisk until smooth.

2: Drizzle chocolate syrup into ice pop molds, letting it drip along the sides.

3: Pour ice cream mixture into the ice pop molds, leaving about 1/4 inch of space at the top of each mold. (The mixture will expand as it freezes.)

4: Insert ice pop sticks, freeze for at least four hours, then enjoy! If the pops are difficult to remove from the molds, run hot water over the mold for 15-30 seconds.
