A cold beer on a hot day.

Homemade popsicles are a staple around here and everybody enjoys cooling down with a pop made with fresh fruit juices (or maybe Kool-Aid if I’m feeling lazy). But nothing quite beats a cold beer on a hot day and a refreshing beer doesn’t get much colder than when in popsicle form. These frozen treats aren’t for the kids. This one is for the man on the porch.

Feel free to substitute in your favorite brews. Cream-sicles are best made with dark beers, but it’s hard to go too far wrong. It’s still going to be a popsicle made of beer, after all.
