Mini Bagels With Cream Cheese and Lox

  

  

Ingredients:
12 store-bought mini bagels
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh dill, plus sprigs for garnish
1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
1/2 pound thinly-sliced lox

Yield: 24 servings

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Halve bagels, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake until toasted, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir chopped dill into the cream cheese. Spread cut sides of bagels with cream cheese, and top with a small slice of lox. Garnish with a sprig of dill.
