Prep Skin and Apply Foundation
Exfoliate face gently with a washcloth before applying any product to give skin a smooth look then apply a moisturizing day lotion (Image 1). Prime skin using a foundation primer. Mix foundation in a shade close to your skin tone with white foundation then apply mixture over face, ears and neck with a makeup sponge (Images 2 and 3). Dip mascara wand or finger into foundation mixture and cover eyebrows as well, making sure to cover them completely (Images 4 and 5).

Set Foundation
Set foundation with white face powder. Apply with a fluffy powder puff and blend out excess using a powder brush (Image 1). Use a white eyeliner pencil to define brows, and use a shimmering vanilla-colored eye shadow on top (Images 2 and 3).

Define Eye Area
Prime eyelids with shadow primer (Image 1). Start with a medium shade of lilac eye shadow and cover eyelid, continuing under the eye as well. Using a lighter shade in the same color family, blend up to the eyebrow and extend a little beyond (Image 2). Next, take a very light pink or lilac-colored blush and dust under the eyes at the highest point of the cheekbones, up into the temples and above the brows (Image 3). Blend down the cheek, but make sure to keep most of the color surrounding the eyes at the high cheekbones. Define eyes by very thinly lining them with a black liquid eyeliner. Create a tiny winged edge, then add just a whisper of a line underneath the eye as well, staying as close to the lash line as possible (Image 4). The goal is just to add a bit of definition, so apply with a light hand.

Enhance Eyelashes
Curl lashes, then coat them with black mascara on top and bottom (Images 1 and 2). Add fancy false eyelashes with eyelash glue (Image 3).

Apply Lip Color
Line lips with a lavender pencil (Image 1). Accentuate the cupid's bow, and line the bottom lip smaller than your natural lip. Fill in the center with a light lavender lipstick, and create an ombre effect by making the outside edges an extravagant blue (Images 2 and 3). Tip: If you don't have lipstick on hand in the right colors, you can use eyeliners or wet eye shadows as a substitute.

Finish the Look
Add a crystal or pearl as a beauty mark under one eye, using clear eyelash glue to adhere it to your skin (Image 1). Finish the look with a wig, or curl, tease and pin your own hair for a short couture style (Image 2). Spray hair color pastel shades; this works especially well on blondes. Finish the look with an oversized flower clip (Image 3).
