Felt is miraculous. It can get wet, it doesn’t bend or break and best of all, it sticks to itself. For these reasons, a felt fairy wall just may be the best toy you ever give to your children. And if they're old enough, they'll love getting in on the creation fun, too!

Create Background

Begin by tightly wrapping a large canvas with blue felt and securing with staples. Add a rolling landscape by cutting a piece of green felt to look like hills and placing it on the bottom of the canvas. Secure with staples on the back and with fabric glue on the front.

Trace and Cut Out Felt Characters

While your glue is drying, draw characters and fairy garden landscape features on paper and use them as a guide to cut the shapes out of felt. We love woodland mushrooms, billowy clouds and delicate fairy wings, but the magical options are endless! Use hot glue to assemble your pieces. Once dry, let the fairy garden fun begin!
