Crate & Barrel Just Launched a Massive Cookware Line and We're Obsessed
Outfit your entire kitchen, from stainless steel pots and pans to silicone baking tools.
Crate & Barrel doesn’t carry any ol’ kitchen brand. The retailer partners with top-rated names such as KitchenAid and Breville. If they stock it, it’s good and vetted. But now Crate & Barrel is putting its own name on kitchen products with a brand-new line of cookware and signature tools. It’s pro-grade and at a sweet-spot budget-wise, and we want it all. These items just make sense, from stainless steel that can withstand up to 600 degrees in the oven to ceramic non-stick frying pans to dishwasher-safe silicone tools. There’s even outdoor cookware for grill season! The collection spans from everyday staples to gift-worthy buys perfect for a wedding registry or housewarming present. Take a look at our top picks below and outfit your kitchen with new, smart and very pretty cookware.
Stainless Steel Cookware
Who knew pots could be so beautiful? The new stainless steel collection features clean lines that remind us of Caraway's modern cookware. But instead of colorful ceramics, it's shiny-chic from handle to lid. There are several sizes and styles — frying pans, sauté pans, saucepans, stockpots — and they all feature Crate & Barrel's new EvenCook core technology. The copper core promises fast heating and a more even temp control. Most of the pots and pans are under $200, which is fairly reasonable for chef-style stainless steel, but you can really save if you go with the 10-piece set which comes out to $60 apiece — that's like Costco-level savings.
In addition to pots, they're also launching new ceramic fry pans in a couple of sizes. The nonstick coating is free of PFAS, PFOA and lead and it's oven-safe, too! You can buy in sets of two or single pans. The eight-inch pan will be perfect for morning eggs.
Outdoor Cookware + Grill Accessories
Take your grill season to a whole new level with this cookware. These pieces are game-changers for summer entertaining and make it so easy to multitask and cook sides with your steaks and burgers. We also love the new giant roasting pan that's perfect for beer-can chicken.
Stainless Steel Tools
The stainless steel doesn't stop with pots. There's a full collection of dishwasher-safe stainless steel tools, too. You can buy one-off tools, such as a fish flipper or soup ladle, or snag the eight-piece set for about $26 apiece.
If you're more of a baker than a cook, Crate & Barrel did not forget you. We noticed that in addition to the stainless steel tools, there's a brand-new line of silicone baking tools. And there are some nifty items here such as jar-scraper to get that last bit of peanut butter or a "spoonula" that's part spatula, part spoon and perfect for stirring and scooping. The line comes in white and grey, too, but we're obsessed with the black matte option.
