The Viral Lola Blanket Now Has Pet Beds to Keep Your Furry Friend Comfortable
And the brand recently expanded its Pet Collection with a faux-fur, shed-free bubble bed.
When I’m not writing, and sometimes even when I am, or out of the house, nine times out of 10, you can find me curled up on the couch with my fiancé and our two pups, cozy as can be beneath a Lola Blanket. Ever since I received one of the unbelievably soft, body-hugging faux fur blankets a few years ago, all my other beloved throws have taken a back seat. Then the darndest thing happened: My fiancé and dogs became obsessed, too.
One thing led to another, and we now own four Lola Blankets and a couple of the brand's pet beds to boot. Keep reading to learn what makes the brand so popular and why your pups might deserve a little Lola comfort in their lives, too.

What is Lola Blankets?
Lola Blankets is a super-soft blanket brand that debuted in 2021. Brothers Tommy and Will Higham founded the company in honor of their mother, Amy, who relied on a faux fur blanket for comfort during breast cancer treatment. Before she passed away, she gave the brothers faux fur blankets as a reminder of her love. Through Lola Blankets, they hope to pass along that same sense of comfort to people, and now pets, around the world.
After massive success with its double-sided, double-hemmed, zero-shed, four-way-stretch blankets, Lola Blankets set out to tackle another category: pets. In late 2025, The Lola Pet Bed launched in four neutral colors and three sizes. Soon after, a large Desert Dune taupe model arrived at my doorstep. The Lola Pet Collection also included the Lola Pet Blanket and Lola Pet Pad in matching colors.

In its first year, the collection expanded to include a variety of colors and prints. The fawn, tiger, zebra and leopard options are especially chic. More recently, the Lola Bubble Pet Bed joined the lineup. Read on for my review of The Lola Bubble Pet Bed and my thoughts on the collection as a whole.
Let's Be Honest: Is the Lola Blanket Really Worth the Splurge Price Tag?
I tested the wildly popular Lola Blanket to see if it lives up to its unbelievably soft, worth-the-money reputation.
The Lola Bubble Pet Bed Review
The Lola Bubble Pet Bed is Lola's take on the donut-style pet bed beloved by dogs. It's designed to cradle and support furry companions for relaxed lounging and peaceful naps. Unlike many other bolstered pet beds, the Lola Bubble Pet Bed doesn't shed a single strand of faux fur. It's exceptionally soft, densely cushioned and so cozy that you may find yourself tempted to curl up beside your pup.
When it arrives, the Lola Bubble Pet Bed, and the Lola Pet Bed, for that matter, comes disassembled. The box includes a zippered faux fur cover and two inserts: a bolster and an inner cushion. Assembly is quick and straightforward, and the removable cover makes regular washing easy.
Speaking of washing, the Lola Bubble Pet Bed, along with the rest of the Pet Collection, is machine washable. (The Pet Pad is the lone exception and should be spot-cleaned to help maintain its shape.)
The brand recommends washing the cover on a cold cycle with regular liquid detergent and no fabric softener. Afterward, hang it to dry and fluff it in the dryer using the air setting. Full disclosure: I've dried my Lola blankets and pet bed covers on low heat without any issues.
As for sizing, both Lola Pet Bed styles are surprisingly spacious. I have a 90-pound Lab-German shepherd-husky mix and a 14-pound Jack Russell-chihuahua mix, and both can stretch out comfortably in the large beds. My larger dog does hang over the edge a bit, but that certainly doesn't stop him from choosing his Lola bed day after day.
In fact, he used to prefer sleeping with us. Now, he often hops into his Lola Pet Bed instead and occasionally needs a few treats to convince him to climb into our bed.
All of that is to say: As much as I love Lola Blankets, it's possible our dogs love their beds even more.
Is the Lola Bubble Pet Bed Worth It?
Here's the caveat: Lola Pet Beds, blankets and pads are expensive. Prices start at $275 and climb to $425. There's no getting around that.
That said, if you're looking for a luxuriously soft, exceptionally comfortable and easy-to-clean pet bed that's built to last, I think it's worth the investment. (For what it's worth, I'm less enthusiastic about the Pet Blanket and Pet Pad because they're available in only one size. They work well for small dogs but feel undersized for larger breeds.)
Pro tip: Wait for a sale. Lola frequently offers promotions and discount codes, so if the Pet Collection or Original Blanket is listed at full price, check back in a week or two. There's a good chance you'll be able to snag one at a significantly lower price. Better yet, use code HGTV35 through Dec. 31 to save 35%.
That's my biggest piece of advice when considering a Lola purchase: While the brand's textiles genuinely live up to the hype, most shoppers will get the best value by waiting for a sale.
