In a large bowl, combine one bottle of cabernet, 1/2-cup simple syrup, 1-cup raspberry liqueur, 1-cup soda water, the juice of three lemons and 1-cup mixed berry vodka. Stir until fully mixed, add raspberries and blackberries, then chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours.

Stuff canned lychee with blueberries to create the perfect spooky eyeball garnish. For extra realism, spread a thin layer of red jam across the eyeballs, then skewer them to make them cocktail ready. Set a few eyeballs to the side to add to the cauldron as well. Create a second garnish by knotting black licorice to look like a spider. Add a pretty paper straw to the spider skewer to give it an elevated look.
Serve Cocktail

Create a dramatic effect by nestling your punch bowl inside of a larger bowl and hiding dry ice between the two bowls. When time to serve, pour water on the dry ice and bask in the “oohs” and “ahhs” that will follow.
