Cranberry-Ginger Relish Recipe

Ingredients
1 package (12 ounces) fresh or frozen cranberries
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 cup sugar
2 cups water
Yield: 3 cups
Instructions
1. In a large saucepan, combine cranberries, ginger, sugar and water.
2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 25 minutes and transfer to a lidded jar. Let cool; cover and refrigerate for up to two weeks.
