Ingredients:
1 15-ounce round of Brie
1/3 cup halved pecans, lightly toasted
1/4 cup store-bought caramel topping
assorted crackers, baguette slices, and fresh fruit

Yield: Serves 8

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place Brie round in a shallow ovenproof dish, like a pie plate.
2. Bake until cheese begins to soften and top is bubbly, about 8 minutes. Remove from oven.
3. Use a large metal spatula to transfer brie to a serving platter, then spread with caramel. Arrange pecans around the top, and serve with crackers, baguette slices and fresh fruit.
