4 Tbsp. white peach puree
1 bottle Prosecco or Champagne, chilled (use sparkling juice or seltzer for a nonalcoholic cocktail)

Preparation:

Place 1 tablespoon of white peach puree into the bottom of a Champagne flute. Fill the glass with Prosecco or Champagne.
