3-Cheese Artichoke Dip Recipe
Where briny artichoke hearts meet a rich, gooey melt of cheeses, garlic, hot sauce, and mayonnaise, tailgating legends are born. You can asssemble this a few hours ahead of time and bake it when you're ready to dig in.

Ingredients
Serves 10-15
- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese, divided
- 2 cups ground Parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 tsp. hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 6 green onions, finely sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 28 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and halved
- Crusty bread or crackers, for serving
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise in a medium bowl and mix until smooth. Add half of each cheese and the remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Spoon into an 8-inch-by-8-inch casserole dish and bake until golden brown or about 1 hour. Serve with bread or crackers.
