Ingredients

Serves 10-15

  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 2 cups ground Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 2 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 6 green onions, finely sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 28 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and halved
  • Crusty bread or crackers, for serving

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise in a medium bowl and mix until smooth. Add half of each cheese and the remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Spoon into an 8-inch-by-8-inch casserole dish and bake until golden brown or about 1 hour. Serve with bread or crackers.
