Ingredients

Serves 10-15

  • 1 1/2 cups blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbs. lemon juice

  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

  • Saltine crackers or raw vegetables, for serving

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Cover and chill for at least an hour to allow the flavors to blend. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.

Optional: Melt two sticks of butter. Dip the crackers in the butter, and lay them flat on a sheet tray. Bake for 6-8 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown.
