Ingredients

Serves 10-15

  • 1 lb. cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 to 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tbs. fish sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • Sliced green onions, for garnish
  • Chopped jalapenos, for garnish
  • Tortilla chips, crackers, or raw vegetables for serving

Preparation 

Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, add all ingredients, starting with just 3/4 cup buttermilk, and mix until well incorporated. Add more buttermilk if necessary. Refrigerate until ready to use. Allow it to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes and garnish with chopped green onions and jalapenos before serving with chips, crackers, or raw vegetables.
