How to Glam Salt and Pepper Shakers

Materials Needed:
- silver polish
- painter's tape
- nail polish, any color
Step 1
Unscrew each shaker’s top, then polish everything with silver polish. Wash with soap and water. Let dry.
Step 2
Using painter’s tape, tape off anything that you want to keep silver, like the top. Paint the rest of the shaker with two coats of nail polish, letting it dry between coats.
Step 3
Let the last coat dry, then screw each shaker’s top back on. (To polish later, wipe the silver part with a silver polishing cloth.)
