HGTV is looking for homeowners in Los Angeles and the surrounding area who want to transform their home. Property Brothers Drew and Jonathan Scott want to help with a renovation that will unlock your home’s potential.
What We're Looking For
We’re open to projects of varying sizes, from an open concept overhaul to smaller reno scopes that utilize the home’s existing layout. It’s about maximizing budgets and working smarter, not harder. Don’t miss the chance to transform your home with the help of experts. We're looking for engaging personalities who are excited to work with Drew, Jonathan and their team.
To be eligible you must:
- Be 18 years old or older
- Currently own your home in Los Angeles or the surrounding area
- Be looking to renovate the main spaces of the home (kitchen, living, dining, family type spaces)
- Have a minimum renovation budget of $150k (scope dependant) ready to go
- Be willing to move out of your home for approximately 8-10 weeks during renovation
- Be prepared for filming and the start of renovation summer/fall 2025
- Make yourself available for approximately eight days of shooting
- Be open to creative solutions and a fresh approach, not just a full gut reno
