  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce rosemary simple syrup (recipe below)
  • 1 ounce agave syrup
  • Lambrusco (Italian red sparkling wine)
  • fresh rosemary sprig

Rosemary Simple Syrup Ingredients
Yield: 1/2 cup

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 fresh rosemary sprigs

Instructions

To make the rosemary simple syrup, add water, sugar and rosemary to a saucepan, and let sit over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Once dissolved, reduce heat to low and let mixture sit for approximately 5 minutes to further infuse rosemary flavor.

To make the cocktail, combine gin, rosemary and agave syrup into a champagne flute. Gently stir together. Fill the rest of your champagne flute with Lambrusco and serve with a fresh sprig of rosemary.
