Chocolate-Covered Cherry Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 6 ounces hot cocoa (homemade or from mix)
  • 1 teaspoon orgeat syrup
  • 1 ounce creme de cacao
  • 1 ounce brandy
  • whipped cream
  • maraschino cherry for garnish 

Yield: 1 cocktail

Instructions:

1: Prepare hot cocoa. Tip: For a richer cocoa, use a combination of half-and-half and milk. 

2: Add orgeat, brandy and creme de cacao to a large mug. Pour hot cocoa over the liquor and stir to combine.
