Ingredients

1 oz. light corn syrup
2 oz. coarse crystal sugar
4 cups milk
3 oz. heavy cream
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup amaretto liqueur
2/3 cup whipped cream
ground cinnamon
amaretto cookies

Yield: 4 cocktails

Instructions

Pour corn syrup and cocktail sugar into separate small saucers that are big enough to fit the rims of the glasses you'll serve in. Holding each glass upside down, dip the rim into the corn syrup so it is evenly covered. Dip the rims into the sugar. Set the glasses upright and allow to dry 5 minutes before pouring liquids into them.

Heat milk and cream in a small saucepan over medium heat. Reduce to low heat and add white chocolate chips and vanilla extract. Stir until the chips are completely melted and the mixture is hot but not boiling. Remove pan from heat and whisk in amaretto. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes before pouring into glasses. Garnish each cocktail with whipped cream, ground cinnamon and a cookie before serving.
