Step-by-Step: Frosted Polka-Dot Vases

Materials Needed:
- 1-inch hole punch
- 2-inch painter's tape
- 2 glass bowls
- scissors
- Rust-Oleum frosted-glass spray paint
Step 1
Punch holes out of a strip of painter's tape.

Step 2
Stick the dots that you punched out onto one of the bowls, spreading them around the bowl's surface. Cut the hole-punched strip of painter's tape into individual pieces, then stick them onto the other bowl. Cover any empty areas with painter's tape.

Step 3
Following the directions on the can, spray-paint each bowl. Allow paint to dry, then peel off tape.
