Materials Needed
- free printable petal + leaf template
- tissue paper
- toothpicks
- scissors
- white glue
Fold + Cut Petals

Fold selected tissue paper accordion-style to cut through several layers at once. Use petal template and cut several single petals. Fringe selected tissue paper.
Attach Petals to Toothpick
Glue at the tip of the toothpick. Wrap fringe paper around the tip of the toothpick. Add a dab of glue to base of single petals & wrap around the fringe. Roll outer layer petals.
Add Leaves

Use leaf template to cut selected tissue paper to accent shape. Glue leaf to the base of bloom and let dry.

Decorate!

Place flowers on top of the cake to add a festive flourish.
