HGTV Magazine is looking for people’s home DIY and decorating mistakes, little goof-ups and total fails for an upcoming article.

Have you tried to hang a gallery wall and it just looks off-balance? Stained a piece of furniture or banister and it’s splotchy? Painted a stencil on a wall and messed up the pattern?
