Ben Napier's Starbucks Order Is So Good
The Home Town co-host and master builder took a break to enjoy a hot bev while in New York City. HGTV got his go-to seasonal order. (Spoiler: It's definitely worth trying.)

HGTV stars, they're just like us, right? Maybe when it comes to coffee.
During a recent press trip to New York City, Ben Napier needed an afternoon pick-me-up. With Starbucks just a few feet away, it was a no brainer. Ben approached the kiosk and without hesitation ordered (arguably) the most popular seasonal drink the Seattle-based coffee chain offers: a Pumpkin Spice Latte (a.k.a PSL) — with a twist.

Let's go over his formula, shall we?
- The drink: Ben ordered Starbuck's classic Pumpkin Spice Latte, an excellent choice if you're looking for a sugary, warm drink to evoke that familiar, fuzzy "I-can't-wait-for-fall" feeling.
- The size: If you're going in on a Starbucks drink, you might as well level-up to a grande. No talls allowed! Ben basically said so.
- The milk: Ben made a decidely constroversial move when he chose regular milk over today's ever-popular nut-based, dairy-free alternatives — but we get it: There's nothing quite like a latte made with fresh, whole milk.
- The twist: An extra shot of espresso at three in the afternoon? We're almost certain Ben needed a jolt of energy after a long day of press interviews — hence, the extra caffeine.
