UPDATE: FEBRUARY 21, 2024

The wait is almost over! Season 2 of Down Home Fab returns to HGTV Thursday, March 21 at 9|8c (and will be available to stream the same day and time on Max).

Of course, we'll revisit husband-and-wife renovation duo Cole and Chelsea DeBoer in their home town of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, as they double down on the success of their growing renovation business. Season 2's eight, hour-long episodes will follow the DeBoers as they take their home transformations to the next level with bigger builds and bolder designs. Throughout the season, Cole, the project manager and jack-of-all-trades, and Chelsea, the designer, will work together to juggle new clients and construction projects, all while raising their four children on their farm.

Chelsea and Cole DeBoer will return to HGTV for a second season of Down Home Fab.

What to Expect From Season 2

In the first episode, the DeBoers meet a widower who is counting on them to renovate his family home into a warm and refreshed space where he can raise his three young children after the recent loss of their mother to cancer. Cole and Chelsea give the entire main floor a rustic industrial-inspired overhaul while honoring the memories of his late wife. To make sure the kids feel right at home, they also design a revamped play space and themed bedrooms.
