Ingredients
- 1 cup Belgian waffle mix
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups water
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 cup brown sugar (for waffles)
- 1 Tbs. cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar (for apples)
- 3 apples
- apple butter
- caramel (to drizzle)
- chopped pecans
- powdered sugar
- nonstick cooking spray

Combine Belgian waffle mix, eggs, water, oil, brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix evenly. Spray a waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray, and pour one cup of waffle mix onto the iron. Make eight waffles.

Melt butter in a sauce pan, and slowly add in the brown sugar, stirring together until mixed well. Thinly slice three whole apples, and add them to the butter and sugar. Sprinkle in ground cinnamon to taste.

Spread apple butter over one of the waffles, and add some of the apple mixture. Top with chopped pecans. Drizzle with caramel, and layer on another waffle. Repeat the process until all waffles are stacked, and top it off with powdered sugar.
